"I have always appreciated yoga as part of my overall well being rituals. Once we were told we had to shelter in place, I found myself in a constant state of anxiousness. All of the activities I made as part of my life were being halted. I came across Helena while looking to my womens surf community. Helena stepped in to provide support to the community by keeping us moving. All of the muscles that were tight given new activities such as couch surfing....needed some attention. By doing these short sessions, my body began to get used to moving again. Not only did it help me jump start my quarantine workout routine, but it also allowed that anxiety that was building up to now have a way to leave my body, mind and soul. Keeping the way our bodies move while surfing, I feel like I am able to keep my strength up so that once I am back in the water, I can continue where I left off. Thank you Helena!"

Since the Covid interruptions, our yoga studio has closed and Helena generously provided us with some online Practices. I’ve done these practices and it has been lovely to hear and see my teacher guide me through. Again, some practices were challenging and others a little less so. I liked the shorter format, I like that I can interchange the practices to suit how I’m feeling. The online Flows were well produced - sound is clear and the video was perfect. It is amazing to watch Helena so effortlessly glide with strength from one pose to another! Thank you Helena for sharing this with us!"
